The "Textile Industry Operator" Foundation (TIOF) was established in 2025 as an institutional platform for the development of Armenia's textile and fashion sector. The Foundation consolidates sector policy development, coordination of strategic initiatives, and the formation of public-private partnerships under a single structural framework.
Our mission is to bridge government agencies, industry companies, international organizations, and investors, creating a collaborative environment where the sector's potential can be fully realized and effectively utilized.
We believe that the sustainable development of the textile industry is only possible through a clear combination of professional expertise, investment resources, and institutional will. This conviction serves as the foundation for every program and initiative of the Foundation.
